Our Own Sausages

We have been making our own Bierwurst since 1949.
In addition to our Bierwurst, we offer a variety of meats including Smokies, Jerky, Trail Bologna, Smoked Kielbasa, Beef Summer Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Hard Salami, Braunschweiger, BBQ Ribs, Smoked Polish Sausage, Cottage Ham, Pepperoni and Classic Italian Pepperoni. We carry over 140 kinds of cheeses and are constantly adding new varieties. Our Best Sellers are our Smoked Cheddar and Smoked Swiss quarter bars, Aged Cheddars, Garlic Cheese, Horseradish Cheddar and Maple Bacon Cheddar. Our Smoked Swiss was our original cheese that started it all back in 1949 and now look how far we have come! We have many smoked cheeses, flavored cheeses, and even a selection of hot cheeses, including our hottest cheese
